A NOTE FROM EYDIE

Navidad means Christmas...and what better way could there be to celebrate the holiday season than being with family and friends listening to this friendly musical Christmas card of perennial Latin-American favorites.

When I was preparing this album with the Trio Los Panchos with whom I had already collaborated so successfully in the past on "Amor" and "More Amor"...we decided on this warm, festive collection that perfectly mirrors the traditional Christmas tree setting...complete with gaily wrapped packages as well as the season's favorite songs.

You will instantly recognize Irving Berlin's beloved "White Christmas" (Blanca Navidad) and other holiday favorites.

It was a real pleasure for me to sing with the original "Trio Los Panchos"...Alfredo Gil, Johnny Albino and Chuchu Navarro.
